Version 2.2 · In force from 21 October 2026 to 22 October 2026
This is an archived version of the Terms. It no longer applies to new agreements. The Terms currently in force are at alleprofit.com/terms-en.html. This version is archived because earlier agreements were concluded under it.
Note: The Polish version (terms.html) is the legally authoritative one and prevails in case of any discrepancy. This English translation is provided for convenience.
1. These terms (the "Terms") set out the rules for providing electronic services in the AlleProfit service available at alleprofit.com (the "Service").
2. The service provider and owner is:
insertNow Kamil Tyszkiewicz
Tax ID (NIP): 9223073555
Contact email: [email protected]
(the "Service Provider")
3. The Terms are issued under Article 8(1) of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means (Journal of Laws 2020, item 344, as amended) and in compliance with GDPR and the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.
Using the Service requires:
1. An Account can be registered via:
2. The User undertakes to provide true and current data. One person/company may hold one Account.
3. The User is responsible for the security of their login credentials. The Service Provider is not liable for damage resulting from sharing login credentials with third parties.
4. Upon registering an Account, the Contract for the provision of electronic services is concluded under these Terms.
AlleProfit allows you to:
The list above describes the features of the Service as a whole. The scope of features available to a User depends on the Plan selected and is set out in the table in §6. This applies in particular to the analysis of sales in currencies other than PLN, data export to files, and email alerts about unprofitable sales, which are available from the Pro Plan upwards. Nothing in this paragraph constitutes an undertaking to make every feature listed here available on every Plan.
Depth of data history. The Service downloads data only to the extent that the Allegro API makes it available. Allegro serves orders from approximately the last 12 months and fee settlements from approximately 3 years; older data is not available to the Provider and cannot be imported. This limitation comes from Allegro and is outside the Provider's control.
The history depth stated for a Plan (e.g. 5 years) defines how long the Service stores and makes available the data it managed to download, not the period for which data will be imported once an Allegro account is connected. On connecting an account the Service downloads data for the period Allegro serves, and history deeper than that period builds up over time with subsequent syncs. A User whose Allegro sales history is longer than the period served by Allegro will not receive data from before that period.
The Service offers four plans:
| Plan | Gross price | Order limit | Currencies | Allegro accounts |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 0 PLN / month | 250 / last 30 days | PLN only | unlimited |
| Standard | 49 PLN / month (39.84 PLN net) or 490 PLN / year (398.37 PLN net, 2 months free) | 2,000 / billing period | PLN only | unlimited |
| Pro | 100 PLN / month (81.30 PLN net) or 1,000 PLN / year (813.01 PLN net, 2 months free) | 10,000 / billing period | all currencies (NBP rates) | unlimited |
| Scale | 249 PLN / month (202.44 PLN net) or 2,490 PLN / year (2,024.39 PLN net), or individual pricing | 25,000 / billing period | all currencies (NBP rates) | unlimited |
The prices above are gross - they include VAT at the applicable rate, so the User pays exactly the amount shown in the pricing table (the net amounts in brackets are calculated at 23%). Current prices and the full plan comparison are available on the pricing page.
The order limit does not restrict data processing. The Service always retrieves and calculates all of the User's orders; the plan limit only determines the scope of the available analytics. On the Starter plan, once 250 orders from the last 30 days are exceeded, all features remain available for a further 72 hours; after that time, continued access to analytics requires choosing a paid plan or disconnecting some Allegro accounts. On paid plans, once the limit for a given billing period is exceeded, all features remain available until the end of that period; if by the start of the next billing period the plan has not been upgraded and the number of Allegro accounts has not been reduced, continued access to analytics requires one of those steps. In none of these situations is any data deleted or left uncounted, and full access is restored immediately once the plan or the number of accounts is adjusted.
Currencies on the Starter and Standard plans. On those plans the Service presents only sales settled in PLN; cross-border sales and other currencies are covered by the Pro and Scale plans. Orders in other currencies are retrieved and calculated regardless of the plan, but on the Starter and Standard plans they are not presented in the analytics. They become visible - together with conversion at National Bank of Poland rates - after moving to the Pro or Scale plan, with no need to re-synchronise. No data is deleted in any of these situations.
A new User may use a 14-day free trial with Scale plan features. The trial does not start on its own - it begins when the User activates it in the Service, which is available immediately after Account registration. Until it is activated, the Account operates under the free Starter plan. Activation is one-off and does not require card details.
The free trial is available once per Allegro account, not once per Account in the Service. When an Allegro account is connected for the first time to an Account that is using the trial, a single 14-day trial window opens for that Allegro account, counted from that connection. This has the following consequences:
The record that a trial window has been used is tied to the Allegro account and remains in the Service even after the Account from which the first connection was made is deleted. Deleting the Account and registering again does not start the trial anew.
Once the trial period ends, access to the features of the Service is suspended in the same way as on failure to pay on time: until the User makes a decision, the analytics features remain unavailable and the Service displays a screen with the available options: buying a paid plan or moving to the free Starter plan. The Account moves to the Starter plan terms only once the User has expressly confirmed that choice - it does not happen automatically. Data already collected in the Service is not deleted; it becomes visible again once a plan covering it is selected.
1. A Consumer entering into the Contract remotely has the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason and without incurring costs (Art. 27 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).
2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a statement to [email protected]. You may use the template: "I hereby declare that I withdraw from the AlleProfit service contract concluded on [date]. Name / email address linked to the Account."

4. By choosing a paid plan in the Service and confirming the payment in Stripe Checkout, the Consumer requests that the service commence before the withdrawal period expires and gives express consent to this. The features of the selected plan are made available immediately after Stripe confirms the payment, without waiting for the withdrawal period to elapse. The Consumer acknowledges that, once the service has commenced, they lose the right of withdrawal on the terms described in section 3.

2. The complaint should contain: a description of the problem, the date and circumstances of its occurrence, and the User's contact details.

The rules for processing personal data in the Service are set out in the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.
Selected features of the Service (reading cost documents from photos and PDF files) rely on external artificial-intelligence providers (Google, OpenAI). The Service Provider may also use AI tools (e.g. Anthropic) for diagnostics and maintenance of the Service. Only the data necessary to perform a given operation is shared with these providers; data-transfer rules, including transfers outside the European Economic Area, are described in the Privacy Policy.
1. The law applicable to the Contract and the Terms is Polish law.
2. Disputes arising from a Contract with a Consumer are settled by the court competent under the Polish Code of Civil Procedure - in particular the court competent for the Consumer's place of residence or the place of contract performance.
3. Disputes arising from a Contract with an Entrepreneur are settled by the court competent for the Service Provider's seat.
4. The choice of Polish law does not deprive the Consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the country of their habitual residence.
Provisions of the Terms that would be deemed unfair contractual clauses against a Consumer under Article 385¹ et seq. of the Polish Civil Code are not binding on the Consumer. The remaining provisions of the Terms remain in force.
1. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the Terms for important reasons (changes in law, development of Service functionality, price changes).
2. The User will be notified of any material change with 14 days' notice via the email address linked to the Account.
3. Lack of acceptance of the changes entitles the User to terminate the Contract with immediate effect.
1. Version 2.2 of the Terms applies from 21 October 2026. Earlier versions of the Terms are archived and available: version 2.1 (in force from 10 August 2026 to 20 October 2026), version 2.0 (in force from 27 April 2026 to 6 August 2026).
